Refund policy

What’s your return policy?

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart after placing an order. Our products can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receiving the order. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 




My product is unused and in the same condition I received it, what’s my next step? 

Please get in contact with our customer service team at womensprosports1@gmail.com and they will set up the return for you. In your email, please state the reason for your return. 



Return slip?

Our customer service team will provide you with a return slip once they have accepted the return but both original shipping on order and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 




How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Once the product arrives at the warehouse we will process the return. Upon inspection, if the product does not qualify for a return, we will deny the return. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund does go through automatically on our end but it can take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution. 




What do I do if something is wrong with my package upon receiving it?

If you notice an issue with your order, we’re so sorry. Please get in contact with our customer service team at womensprosports1@gmail.com immediately and we will resolve the issue for you. We will do our very best to ensure there is no extra hassle for you.
